“Knowing Jesus and Making him Known ”
Cru began in 1951 on the UCLA campus with the vision of reaching college students with the Gospel today, change the world tomorrow. Cru began at Chico State in the early 1970s and since, hundreds have come to trust in Jesus. After almost 70 years as a missions organization, Cru has grown to have a global presence in 191countries across the world. God is moving in the hearts of students in Chico and it is a privilege to come alongside them in their spiritual journey through college.
